Is there a godly man in our church who you have observed shepherding, caring for our people, and displaying the qualities in 1 Timothy 3? If so, we are always looking for congregational input to supplement our own praying and looking for men who God would have as a future elder.
ELDER QUALIFICATIONS
ACCORDING TO 1 TIMOTHY 3, AN ELDER MUST BE:

The husband of one wife

Sober-minded

Self-controlled

Well thought of by outsiders

Hospitable

Able to Teach

Not a drunkard

Not violent but gentle
